1. Acceptance
By using the عقارات الخليج (GulfProp) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
2. Description of Service
عقارات الخليج is an online platform for listing and browsing real estate properties across the GCC region. We act as an intermediary between sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. We do not own any of the listed properties.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
4. Property Listings
All listings must be accurate, genuine, and non-misleading. You must have legal authority to list the property or represent the owner. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days prior notice. All financial transactions are processed through the secure MyFatoorah payment gateway.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not post misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content. Fictitious or duplicate listings are prohibited. Infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance on information published on it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and trademarks belonging to عقارات الخليج are protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
